Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of Wakaepa Farm Limited (in liquidation) on 4 September 2008, appointed James Bruce Alfred McAlister and Grant Stephen Jarrold as liquidators of Wakaepa Farm Limited.
The liquidation of Wakaepa Farm Limited commenced on
4 September 2008 at 5.00pm.
The directors of the company have resolved that the company was solvent prior to the appointment of
the liquidators and, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The undersigned does hereby fix 10 October 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
