Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 December 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Moturoa Cycles Limited be liquidated and that Kevin Dennis Landrigan, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 December 2007 at 10.00am.
