Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 25 August 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that OAWAP Properties Limited be liquidated and that Andrew James Stewart, solicitor of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 25 August 2008 at 4.45pm.
