Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that the shareholders have resolved to place the companies into liquidation and to appoint Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, as liquidator for that purpose on the dates and times below:

Westside Limited (in liquidation) at 10.30am.
The liquidator fixes 22 September 2008, as the last day in which any creditors of the companies can claim and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
