Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Hamish John Pryde, of Brumby Simpson Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants of Palmerston North, hereby give notice that I have been appointed liquidator of Te Rimu Farms Limited by special resolution of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on 31 December 2007 at 10.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
29 February 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
