Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant, and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner, both of BDO
Spicers, Auckland, were appointed joint liquidators of
the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders on 11 August 2008 at 10.00am.
The directors of the above-named company have signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that this company is solvent.

Notice is hereby given that as joint liquidators of the
above-named company, we fix 6 October 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims
may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993
(as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
