Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)
of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 August 2008 at the time stated:
The Sticky Sign Company Limited (in liquidation) at 10.10am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 22 November 2008, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
