Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 August 2008, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Waipa Residences Limited be liquidated and that Colin
F. Currie, of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on Friday, 1 August 2008 at 11.00am.
