Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Tohanui Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 August 2008
to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 4 August 2008 at 10.17am.
