Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on 31 July 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Wynar Limited be liquidated and that Richard Anthony Johnston be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice of Meetings of Creditors
The liquidator does not consider that a creditors’ meeting is necessary as the company is not trading and there are no known creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 22 August
2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
