Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Craig Alexander Sanson and Vivian Judith Fatuaito, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Junction Ski Shop (1992) Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 July 2008 at 11.26am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Junction Ski Shop (1992) Limited, we fix 30 September 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
