Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Gilbert Dale Chapman was appointed liquidator of the company pursuant to a special resolution of shareholders entered into the company's minute book, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and time below:

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed 26 August 2008, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
