Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Halesmere Estates Limited and Ad Communications Limited:
Notice is hereby given that Halesmere Estates Limited and Ad Communications Limited were placed into liquidation on 25 July 2008 at 12.15pm and 12.20pm respectively, with the appointment of Scott Greer as liquidator for both companies.
The liquidator fixes 30 September 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
