Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Roderick Thomas McKenzie, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, hereby give notice that I have been appointed liquidator of THCIP Limited by special resolution of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on 24 January 2008 at 10.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 8 March 2008, as the date on or before which creditors of the company are to make claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
