Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 November 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Miller Investment Services Limited be liquidated and that Lyall Walton Brown, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 November 2007 at 3.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Miller Investment Services Limited (in liquidation) fixes 24 January 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
