Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Portable Ice Company Limited
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at
Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies
Act 1993, on 24 July 2008 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 24 July 2008 at 10.51am.
