Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Northend Takeaway Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 July 2008 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 21 July 2008 at 8.00am.
