Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, William Caleb Amner, chartered accountant of WHK Coffey Davidson, was appointed liquidator of Water Race Farm Limited and M Campbell Limited.
The liquidations commenced on 21 July 2008 at 9.30am.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
Wednesday, 20 August 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
