Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 14 November 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Advertising Advisory Services Limited be liquidated and that Tay Wilson, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 13 December 2007.
