Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
Greg Sherriff and David Vance, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the companies by the High Court at Wellington on the date and times below:

Meng Plastering Services Limited (in liquidation) at 10.37am.
Paul Romanos Real Estate Limited (in liquidation) at 10.40am.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 18 August 2008, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
