On 15 January 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Veitch Enterprises Limited be liquidated and that Jonathan McKellar Dent, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 15 January 2008.
