Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 14 July 2008, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Longlands Electrical Hawkes Bay Limited be liquidated and that John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 14 July 2008 at 11.00am.
