Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that I Bingham & Co. Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 July 2008 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 7 July 2008 at 2.00pm.
