Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 11 July 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that 24 Waipuia Place Limited be liquidated and that Deborah Nobilo, chartered accountant of Nobilo & Co Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 11 July 2008 at 3.00pm.
