Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 June 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Knish Company Limited be liquidated and that Geoffrey Alexander Hamilton, business adviser of Mt Eden, Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 June 2008.
