Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 27 June 2008 at 5.00pm, it was resolved by resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Robert John Willis, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The directors of the company signed a certificate of solvency at that time.
The liquidator hereby fixes 8 August 2008, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
