Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 June 2008, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Twin Springs Limited be liquidated and that Colin
F. Currie, of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on Monday, 30 June 2008 at 1.15pm.
