Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Jonathan Dent, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator on 6 June 2008 at 4.40pm, by resolution of the shareholder and director of the company.
The liquidation commenced on that day at that time.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
There will be no meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed 11 July 2008, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at this date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution to creditors and may not object to that distribution.
