Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 12 December 2007 at 5.00pm, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tauranga Abattoir By-Products Co Limited be liquidated and that Daryl Bonney, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 12 December 2007.
