Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Edward Christian Jansen and Brian Walshe were appointed joint and several liquidators of Stokes Valley Supermarket Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 20 June 2008 at 9.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 17 July 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
