Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Cartune Limited (in liquidation) on 20 June 2008 at 10.50am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 14 July 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of Cartune Limited (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
