Terence Hillson, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of AAA New Zealand Limited by resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 June 2008 at 5.00pm.
The liquidator hereby gives notice that 14 July 2008, has been fixed as the day on or before which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
