The above-named companies were placed into liquidation by order of the High Court on 12 June 2008 at the watershed meetings of creditors at 10.45am, 11.16am, 11.31am and 11.41am respectively.
Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 14 July 2008, as
the day on or before which creditors of the companies are
to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
