Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 13 June 2008 at 12.05pm, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder that Babylon Property Trust Limited be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton and John Albert Price be appointed liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 11 July 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
