Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator
of Newmarket Entertainment Limited (in liquidation) on
15 January 2008 at 1.30pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 11 February 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of Newmarket Entertainment Limited (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
