Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 10 June 2008 at 10.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SPMM Holdings Limited be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, be appointed for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 18 July 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
