Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 April 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that No 10 Fruit Gum Company Limited be liquidated and that Richard Nicholas Ineson, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 5 June 2008, being the date
I consented to the appointment.
I advise creditors that the final date to file a claim in this liquidation is 4 July 2008.
