Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on 4 June 2008 at 9.00am,
special resolutions, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, were passed by the shareholders stating that the companies be placed into liquidation and Geoffrey Stewart Hatten, chartered accountant, be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of S W Settle & Co Limited and Swageturn Limited does hereby fix 12 July 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
