Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy
were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company pursuant to a special resolution of shareholders entered into the company’s minute book, under 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and time below:
28 May 2008
North City Applicances Limited (in liquidation) at 1.15pm.
The liquidators have fixed 26 June 2008, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
