Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 22 May 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that I, Paul Alexander Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 22 May 2008 at 2.00pm.
