Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as
to solvency and in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the directors of the above-named companies on 19 May 2008 at 3.00pm, appointed Ann Loudon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator.
The undersigned does hereby fix 30 June 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
