Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Hamish Robert Giller, chartered accountant of Altitude Chartered Accountants Limited, be appointed as liquidator of Zig Zag Forest Company Limited.
The liquidation commenced on 16 January 2008 at 2.20pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
28 February 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
