Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 15 May 2008, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Rockton Limited be liquidated and that Neville Charles Goldie, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 15 May 2008 at 2.15pm.
