Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on 12 May 2008 at 9.45am, appointed John Maurice Leonard and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, as liquidators.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the director of the company.
The undersigned does hereby fix 20 June 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their claims and to establish any title they may have
to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
