Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Griffith Construction Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on
15 May 2008 at 10.13am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Griffith Construction Limited (in liquidation), we fix 15 June 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
