Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

I, Hamish John Pryde, of Brumby Simpson Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, hereby give notice that I have been appointed liquidator of Phoenix Park Farm Limited by special resolution of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on 12 May 2008 at 10.00am.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
20 June 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
