On 9 May 2008 at 9.00am, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, Christopher Robert Ross Horton and John Albert Price were appointed liquidators of Food Services Group (New Zealand) Limited.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 6 June 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
