Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 12 May 2008, Murray
G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator of the following companies in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, by order of the High Court at Christchurch on
27 March 2008 at the times stated:

? Oval Air Limited at 10.52am.
? Eco Panel Construction Limited at 10.58am.
Notice of Creditors’ Meeting
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.
