Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that as a result of the sale of its business (Shuk Engineering Distributors) on 28 September 2007, the shareholders resolved to wind up the company which once operated the business and I, Bruce Carlaw Richards, accountant of New Plymouth, have been appointed liquidator of Mace & Mountain Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 14 January 2008 at 3.00pm.
