Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed jointly and severally
as liquidators of Technology Developments Limited
(in receivership and in liquidation) by order of the High Court on 7 May 2008 at 4.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Technology Developments Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) fix 6 June 2008, as the day on or before the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
